This handmade necklace features cascading Morenci turquoise and red shell set in sterling and fine silver. They hang from a handmade bail that boasts a tiny red shell on a 18" stainless steel curb chain that can be shortened or extended by request. The total drop length is 3" (from the top of the bail to the bottom of the last stone).
As an eco-friendly brand, La Femme Boheme always takes care to procure environmentally-friendly materials. The red shells used in this piece were purchased before I realized they were unlikely to have been harvested without harming a living organism. As with all handmade jewelry, this piece is delicate and should not be worn during strenuous activity or in water. Please take care to remove it while swimming, bathing, washing hands, playing sports, etc. and avoid applying oils and lotions while wearing it.
